Run AirSign by Chatting With Your AI Assistant
Connect ChatGPT or Claude to AirSign and just ask. Send a contract for signing, add a customer, raise an invoice or fill tomorrow's roster - every action you can click in AirSign, your assistant can do for you in plain English.
Done - both are ready for you to check:
NDA - Jane Smith (draft, 1 signer)
Invoice INV-0142 (5 jobs, $1,240.00)
Want me to send them now?
Sent from AirSign. You'll see both in your dashboard.
If You Can Click It, You Can Ask For It
AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude are great at writing and planning, but on their own they can't do anything in your business software. AirSign changes that. Once connected, your assistant can work directly inside your AirSign account - over 300 actions across every app, the same things you would otherwise do by clicking through screens.
Plain English
No menus to learn. Describe what you need the way you would to a colleague.
Across Every App
One request can touch several apps - add a customer, send their onboarding form and book the first job.
You Stay in Charge
The assistant prepares the work, you review it. Nothing goes out to other people until you say so.
What You Can Ask Your Assistant to Do
A few examples from each part of AirSign. The assistant can do anything you can do on the website, within the apps on your plan.
Documents & e-signatures
"Draft an NDA for Jane Smith at Acme and get it ready for her to sign."
Write documents from scratch, upload PDFs, use templates, send for signing, chase signers and download signed copies.
Customers & leads
"Add Harbour Cafe as a new customer and log today's phone call."
Create and update customers, contacts and addresses, move leads through stages and keep notes and interactions.
Quotes, invoices & payments
"Invoice everything we did for Harbour Cafe last week and send it."
Turn completed jobs into invoices, issue and send them, record payments and share a pay link.
Rosters & shifts
"Who can cover Sam's Friday shift? Offer it to anyone free."
Create shifts, copy last week's roster, check clashes, offer cover and handle leave requests.
Timesheets & payroll
"Show me unapproved timesheets for this week and approve Priya's."
Clock in and out, add entries, review and approve timesheets and see payroll weeks.
Projects & jobs
"Start a kitchen fit-out project from our template and suggest a crew."
Create projects from templates, add stages, roster crew, track hours and attach documents.
Staff & compliance
"Which staff have a First Aid certificate expiring this month?"
Add people, track required documents and licences, review uploaded evidence and send renewals.
Training
"Send the manual handling course to everyone who started this month."
Build modules and quizzes, send training to people or groups, issue certificates and see the training matrix.
Forms & checklists
"Make a vehicle pre-start checklist and send it to the drivers."
Create forms, send them out, read submissions and see how each form is performing.
Assets & equipment
"Log 12,450 km on the Hilux and tell me what servicing is due."
Register assets, record readings, link documents and see what is outstanding.
Wiki & policies
"Write a work from home policy in the wiki and make it Read & sign."
Create, search and update wiki pages, restore old versions and turn policies into Read & sign.
Social media
"Draft a LinkedIn post about our new service and schedule it for Monday."
Draft, schedule and publish posts across your connected channels, with media.
How to Connect ChatGPT or Claude to AirSign
Add AirSign to your assistant
In ChatGPT or Claude, add AirSign as a connector using our server address. It takes about a minute.
Sign in and approve
You are sent to AirSign to log in and choose which organisation the assistant can work with. No passwords or keys to copy.
Ask in plain English
Tell the assistant what you need. It finds the right customer, template or shift and does the work in AirSign.
Review, then approve
Anything that emails people comes back as a draft link first. You check it, then say "send".
Step-by-step instructions for each assistant are in the AirSign MCP server setup guide.
Built-In Safeguards
Drafts before anything is sent
Documents, invoices, forms and posts are created as drafts you can open in AirSign. The assistant asks before it emails anyone - "send this to Jane" is treated as the goal, not permission to skip your review.
Deleting always asks first
Every delete, archive or void needs an explicit yes from you in the conversation. AirSign enforces this itself, so it still asks even if your assistant is set to "always allow".
Only what you can already do
The assistant acts as you, inside the organisation you approved. Your plan, apps and permissions apply exactly as they do on the website.
Switch it off any time
Remove the connection from your AirSign settings or from your assistant and access stops straight away.
Powered by the AirSign MCP Server
Behind the scenes, this works through MCP - the Model Context Protocol. MCP is an open standard, created by Anthropic and now supported by ChatGPT, Claude and a growing list of AI tools, that gives assistants a safe, structured way to use other software. Think of it as a universal plug between AI and the apps you already use.
AirSign runs a remote MCP server that exposes every AirSign action as a tool your assistant can call. Sign-in uses standard OAuth, so there are no API keys to copy, and each connection is limited to the organisation you approve. Developers and IT teams can find the full tool list, scopes and limits in the MCP server documentation.
AirSign MCP server address
https://api.airsign.com.au/mcpPaste this into your assistant's "add connector" screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Connect AirSign to ChatGPT or Claude and ask it to draft or send a document. It can write the document from scratch, use one of your templates or a PDF you upload, add the signing fields and recipients, and hand you a draft link to review before anything is emailed.
Every action you can take on the AirSign website can be done through the assistant - over 300 actions across signing, templates, customers, invoices, scheduling, timesheets, projects, people and compliance, training, forms, assets, the wiki and social media. What it can reach follows the apps on your plan and your own permissions.
AirSign works with Claude (custom connectors on Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, plus Claude Desktop and Claude Code) and ChatGPT (connectors in developer mode). Any other assistant that supports MCP, the Model Context Protocol, can connect the same way.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets AI assistants safely use other software on your behalf. AirSign runs an MCP server, which is what your assistant connects to when you add AirSign as a connector.
No. AirSign tells assistants to create drafts first and to ask you before sending anything to other people. Deleting, archiving or voiding always needs your explicit confirmation in the conversation, and AirSign enforces that check itself.
The assistant signs in with your own account, can only see and do what you can, and you can revoke access at any time. Keep in mind the content of your conversation is processed by the AI provider you chose, under their own terms.
No. You paste one web address into your assistant's connector settings, log in to AirSign and click approve. There is no code, no API keys and nothing to install.
Connecting your assistant costs nothing extra. Documents sent through the assistant count toward your plan the same way as documents sent from the website, and the apps it can use are the ones on your plan. You will also need a ChatGPT or Claude plan that supports connectors.
